Organization Development Officer
- Salary IDR 6,000,000 - 8,400,000
Responsibilities
- Manage programs related with implementation of working culture
- Manage the effectiveness and eficiency of organization structure changes
- Make sure the organization design development is delivered effectively, efficient and align with company strategy
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree (S2) Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Human Capital Division especially in Organization Development, preferably from banking industry.
- Have a wide knowledge about Human Capital Management, Organization Development, Talent Management, or Performance Management System and Syariah Banking.
- High initiative and good analytical thinking.
- Able to work in a team as well as individually.
- Full-Time position available.
