Loyalty Program Support Officer
Scope of works:
- To implement all of agreed HIL’s customer tiering and loyalty program
- Customer data compilation and verification
- Coordinate implementation according to the agreed timeline, start from the communication, pitching process up to implementation
- Ensure the quality of execution
- Providing periodical report and evaluation upon execution
Requirements
- Education :
- Minimum bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable university
- Experience :
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in implementing loyalty program
- Administrative capability (Microsoft excel, other programming capability is preferred)
- Computer literacy :
- Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes
- Language :
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Other qualification / skills :
- Able to grow and maintain good networking within the company and related third parties
- Team work - Able to work with and in a multicultural team
- Excellent communication skill - clearly conveying information and ideas
- Have creativity and alternative thinking to propose new ideas for and answers to work-related problems
