ASSISTANT MANAGER PRODUCTION ( AMP )
Coil Spring / Spring Leaf
Duties:
Ensure the achievement of production targets and productivity .
Develop the staff and employees in part on track competencies and career plans that have been determined .
There are two positions to be placed in Leaf Spring and Coil Spring .
Requirements :
- Male , age max . 35 years .
- Physically and mentally healthy , minimum height 160 cm , not color blind .
- Resolute and disciplined .
- Education min . D3/S1 Mechanical / Electrical / Manufacturing / Industrial
- Experience as a Section Head / Supervisor Production min . 3 th .
- Experienced lead ± 100 people .
- Experience in handling multivariate production .
- Preferably with experience in the steel industry and automotive spare parts .
- Mastering the heating process .
- Understanding ISO TS 16949 , Kaizen , P2K3 and 5R/5S .
- Computer literate , min . MS Office and internet .
- Ability to work quickly , accurately and efficiently .
- Preferably who can speak English , Japanese , Korean or German ( min. passive ) .
- Preferably domiciled in East Java and would be placed in Gresik .
