Collector Supervisor
Responsibilities
● Responsible for the management of collection / handling problem loans
● Coordinate and optimize the performance / potential of all members of the team
● To follow up on problems that occur
● Analysis of the performance of the team leader and collector as well as make the work more effective and efficient
Requirements
● Men
● Age 25-35 years
● S1 Law / Management
● Minimum 1 year working in corporate leasing / credit card
● It is preferable if it had its own kemdaraan (motor )
● Willing to work under pressure
