IT Operation Monitoring Staff

Responsibilities

• To monitor, report, record, and escalate problem of critical application batch process and Point of Sales Host System
• To Monitor, report, and escalate problem of critical server and network operations
• This position requires shift work. To support 24x7 data center operations
• Deliver the minimum technical support action by guidance from the key technical team as required
• Create activity report to record the monitoring task on every shift
• Report to IT Data Center Operation Division Manager

Requirements

• Minimum formal education level: Bachelor Degree majoring in Information System
• Lenght and type of position-relevant experience: a minimum of 2 years in the same position with hands on experience
• Technical know-how (e.g. Languages; System Skills): Window Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, Ms Exchange Server, Symantec Backup systems, and ISA server, Cisco Network, TCP/IP basic Network
• Competencies (e.g. Flexibility; Teamwork & Cooperation): integrity, trustworthy, reliable, team player and working based on correct procedure
