Placement Location: Denpasar
Job Description:
- Provide care and services to customers with excellent service oriented (Service Excellence)
- Anticipating customer complaints by providing the best service standards and procedures
- Serving account opening
- Carry out operational tasks in Islamic Branch
Qualifications:
- Minimum education S1 from a variety of majors
- Maximum age 26 years old and not married
- Preferred experience as a Customer Service a minimum of 1 year
- Strong communication, persuasive and a good confidence
- Have an orientation towards service excellence
- For women, willing to wear the Islamic headscarf during work
- Ability to work accurately and neatly
- Preferred domiciled in Bali (Denpasar and surrounding areas)
